We were honored to participate in the design/build of this award winning, 45 multi-family residential development. Surrounded by a ravine on three sides, this challenging site gave us an opportunity to create unique design solutions, including a bike/pedestrian trestle bridge and an underground parking garage to maintain the "people over cars" landscape. Solar power, green roofs, radiant heat and tankless water heaters are just a few of its highly valued Built Green features.
