As Bainbridge Islanders, PHC is honored to be collaborating with other local experts on this high-profile complex in Winslow. People spend 70-80% of their time in buildings, so the goal is to make them beautiful, healthy and long lasting. Featuring seven, all-steel buildings with LEED certified exteriors and interiors, Island Gateway is designed to be a visible demonstration of sustainable excellence. With onsite sophisticated filtration systems to treat storm water and living roofs to reduce heating requirements, this new community treasure is a project we're proud to be a part of for the next two years.
TOURS AVAILABLE!
Tours are available to anyone interested in leanring more about the LEED features of the Island Gateway commercial building. They will take place on the first Tuesday of each month at 5pm. Please contact us if you are intersted in coming on a tour.
