Are you interested in ecological and environmental preservation? Here in the Northwest, it's imperative for builders to preserve the natural landscape by properly managing construction activities. Some of the ways we do this is to control potential sources of water pollution and erosion, and to recycle near 100% of construction waste.
• Permit Assistance
Do you have a tight timeline? Obtaining official permits is an art today. It takes an experienced builder like PHC to guide you through the approval and review steps, satisfying the permit process while maintaining your project timeline.
• Remodel/Renovation
Will your building be inhabited during renovation? No problem. We use low-VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) products to minimize fumes and off-gassing. We're also very careful to limit noise and debris, so we don't disrupt occupants during your building's remodel.
• Tenant Improvements
Are you considering a build-out? We have the expertise to evaluate and advise you on where it's best to build what you need before you sign a lease.
