Clayton brings his extensive experience in project management to PHC Construction. He holds a Certificate Degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington. He served on the Board of the Carpenters’ Joint Apprenticeship Training Council. Clayton’s experience in project management has included Wizards of the Coast, formerly at Kitsap Mall and Bellevue Square, two branches of Kitsap Bank, the Firefighting Training Facilities in Bremerton, InterWest Bank in Lynnwood, both the Bainbridge Island Fire Station 21 improvements and housing, Joint-Facilities for the Silverdale Water District and Kitsap Fire & Rescue, Navy Federal Credit Union in Silverdale and Great Lakes, Illinois, Olympic Medical Radiation Oncology Center, Retsil’s Veteran’s Home, Kitsap Industrial Park, and the Campbell Way Townhomes project, also known as “The Bridges.” His most recent completed projects are the Madison Avenue Villas on Bainbridge island , and Liberty Bay Internal Medicine Clinic in Silverdale.
