The Avalara tenant improvement was an exciting opportunity to execute the build out of the new headquarters for one of the largest companies in Kitsap County. With over 16,000 square feet of high end sustainably focused TI’s the space was completed on budget and on schedule. It boasts low emitting materials, energy efficient fixtures, low flow toilets, and a very sophisticated energy efficient HVAC system. The building expects to receive a LEED Gold rating.
