AGATE PASS BUSINESS PARK

Originally built at a time when steel costs hit the roof, this business park opted for all concrete buildings.  As the only local builder with expertise in Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), PHC was hired to design/build this light manufacturing building so that it matched the other three concrete structures. We chose ICF for its strength, sound transmission, and incredible efficiency. So much efficiency, in fact, the Zero Gravity Gym uses only fluorescent lighting to heat its space.
